How easy-to-use eZee Front Desk is?
Most of the properties have various departments viz. Front Desk Department, Reservation Department, House Keeping Department and Accounts department.
As the nature of the tasks at each department differs, users associated with different departments would need different information.
As for example the Desk Clerks, most of the time would like to have a view of today's data and so as your house keeping department. For them we have the classical Room Layout interface to quickly check-in / check-out guests. It's so simple to use, it enables your desk clerk to check-in guest in no time and so your guest would not have to wait at your hotel reception. Your Account Department would be looking more for the information like amount due, total charges and the guest would checkout date. For them, we have Room List interface. They can have a quick look at the status and efficiently do their core jobs. Moreover they can filter the data by just a mouse click and jot down the list to follow. The reservation department, rarely need to know what is a room situation today! They always look for room availability in future dates. For them we have Room Grid with drag and drop functionalities making their job very easy. This will allow them to do their job quickly and even allow them to achieve highest Yield. They don't have to put any extra efforts and go through tabular reports to infer rooms availability, instead just require to look at the computer screen.
